To display a PostScript file, you need a PostScript interpreter (such as Ghostscript) and a PostScript viewer (such as Ghostview).

To get Ghostscript for any of Unix, Windows, or Mac platform, please look here.

To get a Postscript viewer, try GV or GSview.

For the Mac platform, also look here.

You can configure your web browser to automatically use your PostScript viewer whenever it encounters a PostScript file.
