TeXsis vs Plain TeX vs LaTeX

The Particle Data Group uses a package called TeXsis written by Eric Myers and Frank Paige. We do NOT use LaTeX.
The TeXsis package has many similar commands to LaTeX but was written more specifically for physicists. The package does not contain the same stylistic limitations that LaTeX does.
We give the necessary TeXsis macros (mtexsis.tex) and give the link for getting your own TeXsis manual. For the macro package: mtexsis.tex

RPP Macros
Also sprinkled within these files are specific macros for the Review of Particle Physics (RPP). No manual yet exists for these macros but one is in the planning stage. Until then, we suggest a monkey see monkey do approach.
The most commonly used RPP macros are for isolating portions of the text off for exclusive use in the Big Book (RPPonly) or the Little Book (DBonly). These macros are always used in pairs!!!
